MASTER SETTER LAB — TERMS, REFUNDS & PRIVACY
1. Terms of Service:
Master Setter Lab provides volleyball coaching, video analysis, performance feedback, and educational services.
By purchasing any service, you confirm that:
You are voluntarily participating in coaching and educational services
You understand that volleyball and athletic training involve inherent risk
You take full responsibility for your own physical and mental conditionMaster Setter Lab provides guidance, feedback, and analysis only. We do not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, scholarships, team placement, or performance results.All materials provided (videos, reports, feedback, documents) are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.Per-Athlete Policy:
All video analysis packages are priced per athlete.
Each purchase applies to one (1) individual athlete only and includes fully personalized analysis, feedback, and materials created specifically for that athlete.
If a coach, club, or team wishes to submit videos for more than one athlete, a separate package must be purchased for each athlete.
This ensures that every athlete receives individualized technical analysis, development guidance, and professional support.2. Refund Policy:
Because Master Setter Lab provides digital, customized coaching services, all sales are final once work has begun.Refunds are not available after:
Video footage has been reviewed
Analysis has started
Feedback has been delivered
If a customer accidentally submits incorrect footage or files, they may contact us within 24 hours of purchase for assistance.
In rare cases of technical error or duplicate payment, refunds may be issued at our discretion.3. Privacy Policy:
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including:

Email address
Video files submitted for analysisAll customer data is kept confidential and used only for:
Delivering coaching services
Communicating with the customer
Processing payments
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
